Before 2016, Phillip Choong co-founded several companies, bringing a wealth of entrepreneurial and technical experience to vimigo. As vimigo’s former Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technological strategy and product direction, ensuring that every solution met real market needs.

Phillip’s ability to combine deep technical expertise with a strong entrepreneurial vision has been instrumental in building vimigo’s efficient, user-friendly, and integrative software platform.

His leadership ensured that the product not only delivered performance insights but also seamlessly aligned with the operational realities of SMEs — a contribution that remains central to vimigo’s success today.

Co-Founder, vimiCoach | Managing Partner, Lumos HR Solutions

A recognized expert in talent management and business coaching, Hanson Lau brings over a decade of experience in designing human resource strategies across local and regional markets. As the Co-Founder of vimiCoach and Managing Partner of Lumos HR Solutions, he focuses on developing professional growth tools and optimizing talent placement for organizational success.

Formerly part of 10XCEOs, Hanson advised CEOs on growth strategy and leadership development.
